ABOUT HONEY MEL CO

Hi! I’m Mel, the creator of Honey Mel Co and here is a little glimpse of who I am and what my brand is all about.

I’m a wife & mum of 2 littles. I was born in Brazil, where I grew up and created amazing everlasting memories. One of them is going to the beach as a child with my family, right in front of my grandparents’ home. I can still smell the sea air and feel the sand and salty water in my hair. Such a sweet special memory.

From the age of 14, I’ve moved abroad 6 times, which meant starting over and having new beginnings so many times. Through my life’s journey, I have treasured the value of feeling blessed and grounded. There’s beauty in finding peace and freedom in the midst of life’s ups and downs, finding comfort outside of our comfort zone.

My beach memories are a reminder of that comforting feeling. It brings peace, joy and an innocent freedom, which combined with the growth and wisdom that all these experiences have provided, results on the inspiration behind each piece of Honey Mel jewellery.

I use soft pastel colours and minimalist designs with a beach-chic element. The hope is to inspire a sense of joyous peace, even in the midst of life’s unpredictable journey.

Each Honey Mel Co piece is handmade with care by me. The earrings are molded, baked, sanded and polished before they are carefully packaged.

Please allow slight variations from the pictures, though they will be very close. This is really what makes these pieces unique and extra special.
